Adrienne gives her AB boy a cuddly breast feed then checks his diaper. It is dry but she notices the beginnings of a diaper rash. She puts some lotion on her hand and rubs it all over his bottom and especially up his bum crack.

His willy looks a bit red too so she applies lots of lotion rubbing it up and down. Not surprisingly her gets quite a big stiffy. "Naughty boy" she teases.
