Your extremely busty step-mommy Vanessa has come into the nursery to say good night but before she does she does one final check of your diaper.

She feels inside and it is very wet so she grabs a new diaper and hops into the cot with you to change you. She notices you have quite a nasty diaper rash so she rubs soothing lotion on the sore areas.

Then she sees you are hungry and lies beside you to give a comforting breast feed before you nod off for the night.
