Pretty Stefanie's AB boy has a very sore bottom and is not happy. She gives him a comforting breast feed then checks his diaper. Of course it is wet again.

While she changes him she applies lots of soothing rash cream on his bottom, willy and balls but especially his bum hole where it is especially tender.
