Her step mommy insists on changing her there and then. Off with the pee filled diaper and on with a fresh one after wiping and powdering her grown up step daughter.
Then she finds a cute fairy dress to put on her and shoves an oversized pacifier in her mouth. WTF! But it gets worse for Sophia. It seems Gigi harbored a suppressed obsession to have her grown up Sophia regress to babyhood so she can care for her, breast feed her, change her diaper, spoon feed and play with her just like she did when she was a baby twenty years ago.
She leads Sophia with her hands over her eyes to the she has kept intact and hidden in locked "storage room" for all those years
Sophia is aghast at all the baby stuff in the room. A cot, high chair, playpen, baby clothes, pacifiers, and so many different types of diapers both cloth and disposable

Gigi checks Sophia's diaper and surprise surprise discovers it is saturated again. Just like a baby's would be
After changing her she puts Sophia in warm footed pyjamas and into the cot for a nap with a bottle. This is crazy. It is the middle of the day and Sophia is an adult. But Sophia nods off anyway. Maybe she is regressing just as her step mother had planned.
When she wakes Gigi dresses her in a onesie ready to go into the high chair and be spoon fed. Sophia thinks this is ridiculous but kinda likes the choc mousse snack.
The Sophia needs yet another diaper change but protests and tries to crawl away. She gets some good spanks for her efforts so she finally submits and allows herself to be put in another pretty footed pyjamas and into the cot for the night. Before she nods off she really wonders what has happened to her life? Will this go on forever?
