Poor little adult baby girl Melanie has an ouchy splinter in her finger. Dr Stuart does his best to get it out as painlessly as possible. He manages to do this and after putting on a cute ban aid Melanie feels much better. Then he routinely checks to see if she has a diaper rash. He undoes her Baby Beehinds cloth diaper, sees she is OK then rubs in some baby powder and re diapers her.
