Scarlett is taking loving care of her AB boy. While she is breast feeding him she checks his diaper to see if it needs to be changed but he flinches when she touches over his sensitive parts.

She finishes the breast feed and unsnaps his onesie to remove the wet diapee. She looks to see what the problem is and notices he has a nasty rash on his willy, balls and bottom.

Those problem areas are going to need some soothing lotion rubbed into them before a fresh diaper is taped on.
