Rose Holland has just arrived home after a rough day at work. She plops down on the couch to read her mail, and is immediately stunned to see a female police officer, played by Miss Pandora, barge through the front door.Pandora confronts her about how fast she was driving down the street, on her way home. "You were doing 35 in a 15 mile zone..do you KNOW how many live on this street?" She berates the girl.Rose complains that she doesn't have money to pay for the speeding violation. Pandora comes up with a unique way to make the girl pay..she pulls her over her knee and spanks her!
