Chin Li and Juri face off the battle it out! But Juri likes to fight dirty. Chun Li, being an honorable fighter who believes in law and order, fights clean, using her superior skills. She throws explosive combos and wicked belly punches. Juri, however, uses her wit to cheat and ends up dominating Chun Li, getting her on the ground where she can wrestle her into submission. She manages to subdue Chin Li and leave her ties up and struggling, humiliated in front of everyone.
