Jessica has been very naughty and is now in the offices of Officer Eve Rebel. She is left with a pencil in her mouth with her hands bound to stew while the Officer completes her paperwork. While alone, Jessica chomps on and spits all over the pencil between her lips. When Officer Rebel arrives back on the scene, Jessica has soaked the pencil. The Officer removes the pencil and smells Jessica's awful breath, then has Jessica spit in her hand, and has Jessica breathe in her face. After all this, Officer Rebel decides to let Jessica go with a warning.
