OMG! My allergies are at it again. I spent the day out at a family bbq and all of the smoke and pollen from outside has left my nose itchy and incredibly runny. Time to take care of business. Watch me go about my allergy care routine, doing a sinus flush that sends loads of slimy snot flying out of my nose, into the sink AND all over my shirt!
