The only thing off should be is that, as conversation goes on, your shirt hikes up higher and higher. Eventually, your belly is almost entirely exposed. The viewer points it out and you notice it too, sheepishly. You don't hide it, though, and continue conversation.

Eventually, you abruptly cut conversation short to say, "Hey, you ever noticed something? I know this is kind of weird, but a lot of people point out how small you are in comparison to my stomach. Did they ever tell you that?" You talk as though this is completely normal that your friends suggest this and you size up the viewer with your eyes, as if to bolster this. This leads to a conversation where you talk about eating the viewer. You're not too pushy, but the viewer isn't entirely willing. You invite the viewer over and tell them you've got an offer. You lay down,place them on your belly, and tell them the idea: you will bounce them off your belly and into your mouth. If they don't fit, you'll leave them alone and take them out for food later. If they fit and get swallowed, you get to keep them inside you. This clearly doesn't sit well with the viewer, but you don't wait for their consent. You start bouncing them up and down. Your belly is sloshing and they can't get ahold of their footing. With one big launch, you launch them into the air and gulp them.

Now bloated, you sit up and go out about your day. Maybe you walk in public with a bloated belly or drive your car (drive-thru, perhaps with your bare belly). The more daring the situation for your belly to be exposed, the better. Occasionally, your belly gurgles and you pat them.
