Still inside the car, you look around and say that you don't see anyplace that you can pee and that you don't want to walk too far from the car. You would pretend to hear your friend say that you must be joking, but then you say "No I'm serious, I am going to pee in my pants". (If you want to protect the seat, you would get out the car and grab a towel or garbage bag from the trunk or the backseat. You would then spread it over the seat that you will be sitting on, do a little bit of holding yourself, and then sit down). If you don't care about the seat, you can skip over that part. You then grab a beverage that is near you and take a few drinks, mentioning that you are going to make yourself pee just in case you try to back out. After taking a few drinks, you say "I'm peeing my pants" (that is the signal for the camera person to film your crotch). You start peeing your jeans and you moan and sigh with relief and talk about how good it feels.
