Like, mostly straight on from the side, rather than angled, but you can do some angles, too. Loud gulping sounds -- Your hair can be down or pulled back, as long as it doesn't obstruct the view... want to see as much of your neck, at least the front half, as possible. Tank top is fine (especially if you have a mic to attach), or bikini top is good, too. While not the focus of this video, you can periodically talk about how bloated your belly is feeling, and occasionally show it/play with it. But the main focus is your neck/throat. No small plastic bottles, please! They're noisy and and annoying. :) Some of the larger plastic containers, like 1-gallon containers, are OK. Or a pitcher, whatever you prefer. You could even try a funnel (if you have one) to the water down, -bong style. No need to edit out burps or other bodily noises. In fact, on an empty stomach, the noises your stomach makes as you chug down the water just add to the fun! As little background noise as possible. The quieter the surroundings, the better to hear the gulping sounds. This can be done in a time-lapse fashion, too; no need for an entire gallon (or whatever) of water in one shot. :) That's up to you, but as much as you can handle in one continuous shot is great!"Filmed in 4k and encoded to 540p
