Alena has done her best to get in the best shape possible but she is worried that her best efforts are not going to be good enough. Alena is particularly nervous about her belly. Alena also talks about all of the things about her belly that may not bode well for her getting into the new health club. Things like:

1. Her belly being too big. For this part Alena will lift her shirt and show a skinny belly because she will be sucking it in. After a few seconds Alena will stop sucking her gut in and let it hang out. After seeing how big her gut is Alena will get depressed and let her shirt back down. This part will be repeated For 10 minutes.

2. Her belly being to hairy. During this part Alena will lift her shirt to show her belly and point out each hair that she sees. She will talk about how she likes her hairy belly but the people at the health club might not like it. This part will last 5 minutes.

3. Her belly button on occasion being too sweaty and lint filled. Alena will lift her shirt and dig in her belly button and will comment on how her belly button gets sweaty sometimes and this causes it to feel sticky. She will comment that her belly button is sticky right now and she hasn't worked out yet. Alena will also talk about how she gets a lot of lint in her belly button and will pull some lint out of her belly button as well. This part will last 5 minutes." Filmed in 4k and encoded to 1080p
