The video starts with her seductively walking towards the camera, shots on different parts of her body, face, legs, ass, and stomach (which is flat), holding a bag with a burger in it, where she then sits down and pulls one out of the bag and takes a slow seductive bite, Fade to black, end of commercial 1.

The next commercial is nearly identical to the first, her in a bikini slow motion walking, body shots, flat stomach, while taking a bite of "another" burger. Fade to black again, end of commercial 2.

Next commercial is noticeably different from the first two, in that she isn't wearing a bikini anymore, but a very tight shirt that covers her whole stomach (though we don't see her stomach yet, it's strategically avoided until the reveal at the end), but this time the burger is much bigger, and she takes more bites, each with gusto and ecstasy, the camera cuts to her full figure, where we can see her belly is no longer flat but noticeably bigger, and poking through her shirt, a result of her having eaten so many over time, and with her not caring at all. Fade to black on that image, end of commercial 3.

Final commercial, Alexis is back in a bikini, and the scene is composed almost exactly like the first commercial, only this time, she's gained even more weight than before, and is completely fat and we can see it throughout the whole ad. She slowly walks seductively, she aggressively eats two big burgers, in a bikini, with a fat gut from eating so many, and she just doesn't care to notice. And as she sits down like she did in the first commercial, she does so with a THUD, as she is heavier now, and a sleepiness from being so full, almost slurring her words saying how those burgers were so good, she gently caresses her gut lovingly, and burps. Fade to black, end final commercial.
