Use VFX of her soles as they grow bigger and bigger till they start blocking her in the view of the camra, have a shot of her looking up slowly in absolute horror as her feet become larger than her than if possible while she's still sitting down the rest of her stocking body suit tips off, the braw and panties and than finally a wide shot of her giant feet as the roof and room start climbing till the camera fades to black.
