That was using some form of a Naked Juice smoothie, or something similar (whatever you have available there). The general idea was:

Chug down the smoothie as fast as possible. In one go if possible, but if not, it's OK to breathe ;) Camera view for #1 is on a 90-degree angle from one side, close-up on the throat (and preferably with the mic on the opposite side, so it doesn't get in the way). Repeat the above with a glass of water, and this time, from the opposite side. Optional: Repeat with a drink of your (their?) choice, from the front this time. Dependi...
