The food was soo good it didnt't matter that the serving sizes are the size of my stomach! I had to have as many plates of the heavy pasta and sausage grilled dishes as I could :) I weighed in at 163.4! I'm maintaining and slowly growing.... but its really all going to my bloated gut as you see in the end when I plop by ever growing belly. I weigh in even more at the end!
