I start with a bit of flossing and then use my electric tooth brush while standing in front of my mirror I make sure to brush all my teeth. I take extra care to go over every tooth, front and back. Lots of close ups! I then put the electric tooth brush on massage mode and go over all my gums. Filmed in 4K and encoded to 540p.
