In this one, you play a flirtatious aunt who reveals her belly to her nephew. She remarks on it's shape and how the nephew used to love to lay on it and listen to it. Suddenly, she sucks in and pushes her belly out and it sloshes super loud (very liquid sounds synced to each movement). If the sounds are synced up exactly, it should provide an effect that falls between realism and suspension of disbelief.
