Alexa has a tummy ache and there's only one solution: a tiny, sent in to seek and take care of all the ice cream she ate to cause this problem. She place that little dude on her dirty tongue, taking her time swallowing him down until he plunks into her stomache, puffing her tummy out as he explores. As the tiny takes care of the tummy ache problem Alexa's stomache rapidly expands and contorts in response to his movement, but she begins to feel better as he explores further into her insides...
