I can't believe it has been a year and a half since I had a cigarette! I've done such a good job not smoking. But today... today is a different story! I am craving a cigarette so bad that I am actually shaking. I sit down and explain how much I have missed filling up my lungs with nicotine... Taking nice big drags and holding them in.
