Clip starts with an annoying blond bitching about her car not being fixed right. Finally, the mechanic has had enough and he drags her into the garage and hangs her by her panties by a chain attached to the ceiling! She is fuming! She demands to be taken down so the man comes back in and cranks it up a notch. He pulls down her pants and lets her hang there in her heels.
