Alexandria STAR & BBW Sidney Screams have a session while sitting outdoors enjoying a Florida evening... As they relax and enjoy their smoke, Sidney starts to cough and Alexandria asks her if she is ok and Sidney says "YUP, just pass it", so Alexandria does and then all of a sudden Sidney slumps down in her lounge chair!!!
