Custom Synopsis: Hands being bitten is the whole show. Just very intense biting all over the back of the hands (sometimes referred to as the top of the hands) and deeply into the side edge. Vicious bites that leave deep marks is necessary so the victim would need to have a good tolerance for pain - and a lot of close-ups of Makayla's teeth sinking into the hand and grinding into the skin would be essential to the success of everything.
