Yesterday I was doing gymnastics when Manuel joined. It was a good opportunity to expand my training and use Manuel as a training weight. I take him in piggyback, then he climbs on one shoulder, then on 2 shoulders, then on the other shoulder and finally on my front shoulders. I like it when he challenges me to handle all his weight. It makes me stronger and stronger.
In the end he gets to ride on my thigh while I do calf raises.
