This time I measured my abdomen before and after eating. And also I totally love my shirts because they show the volume my belly is expanding through the day.

On my second day I felt unwell in my stomach, so I could not stuff myself with watermelon, but I drank as much water as I could. You can hear how I'm struggling to swallow the water and burping during and after drinking.

Take a look how my shirts are tight in the evening. I bet if we were coworkers you would bring me food on every possible occasion just to see if my shirt will finally burst open....
