It is very painful for him, but she doesn’t care at all. It has been a long afternoon for Miss Rachel so she decides to get more comfortable by removing her shoes. She ignores his complaints and finally shoves her bare foot into his mouth when he opens his mouth to complain again. At the end of the day, Miss Rachel demands “Help me put my shoes on.” She then rests her heels back on his chest painfully.
