He does this and she just continues to degrade him telling him how superior she is than him and that is why he serves her. She attempts to put the big flat heel in his mouth and is disappointed when it wont fit, but that doesn’t stop her from resting it in his open mouth. That position his mouth open extremely far and causes a lot pain for him, but she doesn’t care. She eventually grows bored with him and crosses her legs with her heel digging into his throat making it hard for him to breath. She remains in this position for a long time completely ignoring his struggles under her as she sits comfortably on the couch above him.
