She doesn’t care about him or if he can breathe, or if he is in pain. The only thing matters to her is that she has a warm comfortable place for her feet. She moves around on his face and neck from time to time. At one point her foot is resting on his mouth and his lip is digging into his teeth. He uses his tongue to push her foot up just enough to get his mouth open. She takes this as an invitation to use his open mouth to insert her foot heel. She then crosses her legs the heel even deeper down his throat gagging him and causing his mouth to be open painfully wide. She never even looks away from her book. He spends several minutes in the painful position before she readjusts herself and he must suck her other foot heel. She uses his throat, nose, mouth, and chest as just part of her floor while she remains engrossed in her book.
