Lisa is frightened. The bad guys have her step-sister and are doing all kinds of terrible things to her. They demand a strange ransom - the Raven File - so they can underbid their competition on a multi-million dollar construction job. Her ex-boyfriend has it and her only chance of getting her step-sister freed is to find him and the file. She has to turn it over to them... and quick! The pressure is on because of the daily videotapes they send to her so she can watch her step-sister suffer the torment of bondage and humiliation.
