Part of the way through Sarah has Leila lay on the ground so she can sit on top of her and punch downward into Leila's belly. Leila's pale skin gets very red and you can even see some knuckle marks show up on her belly. Eventually Leila gets really sore and can't take any more. Sarah gives her another few punches before letting her up.
