Stocked in black socks and worn topsiders, I start with taking off the topsiders and tying back his soles spread apart from each other so he can't reach one foot with the other.

I tickle those socked feet tied spread apart. Then I remove the ropes to tickle his socked feet so he can try and protect one sole with the other foot.
