Squats, lunges, wall-sits... you've heard of leg day. How about peg day? Mr. lawyer piggy was due for a serious anal workout, and Mandy and I were hoping to really work our glutes out. Luckily, with the way WE peg, both are easily accomplished. Squat down low. Aim. And thrust! Phew, somebody spot us, cause this gets intense!
