I go into the bathroom, take off my pants, plop my foot up on the counter, pull out my tampon (the string was pushed a bit far inside me), take a pee and then turn to face the camera to put a clean tampon in. I had a bit of trouble with the cardboard applicator, so it took a couple tries to push it all the way in there!
