So this was different. We decided to see what she would do to workout if she had no weights. So she decided to use a guy to substitute for weights. She uses him for bench presses, cradles him and starts curling him in her arms, squats him and calf raises. Does pullups with him for her back and the most amazing thing I think I've seen is her letting him lie on her back aa she does pushups.
