I have to wear pretty, professional shoes to work, but they're super uncomfortable. I sit in my chair at work, bored and antsy. I bounce my left foot a bit, then rub it because it's sore. I circle my foot and let the shoe dangle, teasing with my toes a bit before kicking it off. I stretch, circle, wiggle, point and scrunch my foot and toes. Then I do the same with the other foot. I also rub both feet occasionally and get them up-close to wiggle and stretch them. I return to my computer work, still wiggling my sore feet. There is audio in this vid but no talking.
