I have to wear pretty, professional shoes to work, and my feet are so fucking sore. Those heels are so uncomfortable. I use my hands to rub lotion alllll over my right foot, then my left. I gently and sensually lotion between my toes, all over my soles, my heels and the tops of my feet, and then rub my feet together. You can hear the sounds as I gently massage my feet and toes. My toes are sore from being cramped in those heels so I caress and wiggle them up close. Then I put my heels back on.
