One wearing a grey parka and mittens, also with hood down. the observer cant beleive his eyes as the grey parkad woman produces a pair of handcuffs from her pocket and the other lets herself be handcuffed with her hands behind - the handcuffs go over the wrists of the mittens so that she cant remove the mittens.
