The rope connecting her feet and hands is untied, she's flipped over on her back and hand gagged up close before having her mouth stuffed with cloth. The cloth is held in with a bandage cleave gag which does a good job of absorbing her saliva. She struggles and tried to get assistance on the phone, then is caught and hand gagged.
