Engle is gagged by having her mouth stuffed with cloth then held in with her captor's hand over her mouth, then thin rope is tied around her head to hold the wad of cloth in place. She is secured with zip ties on her hands and feet keeping her in a chair, then pink latex tape is tightly wrapped around her head multiple times over her gag. At the end of the video she shows the angry marks the ties left on her skin, and she is slowly ungagged on screen.
