Beianca Ballbuster, the boss lady of the factory, is giving her male subordinates a dressing down. She gives these men no chance to save face or to salvage their much brused male egos as she makes it clear to them who the boss is. When the boss lady has left, the men are grumbling that she would not treat them like that if they were living back in the days of the Barbarians and were carrying swords. They begin singing their version of Born Too Late which is an old song that was popular back in the 1950's, except that they are lamenting that they were born too late to be a Barbarian.
