Bruno goes down and is counted out and Petra is declared the winner. Bruno is wheeled past the remaining two men on a gurney and Petra is standing upon the gurney with one foot planted arrogantly upon his chest. We hear the ambulance rushing Bruno off the the emergency room and Petra passes by the two men as she walks back into the arena.
