She struggles to free herself, but the ropes all hold tight. Then a lizard creature enters with a mysterious box. He opens it and she learns it contains her voice, which is returned to her. She asks her captor who he is and why she's there, but he pulls off his mask to reveal his true identity as The Reaper. Penny claims the prince will come to her rescue, but the villain counters that he won't if he can't hear her, and he cleavegags the beautiful mermaid. The skull-faced villain gloats that the sea witch will be coming soon to claim the helpless damsel as her prize and he exits. She desperately squirms against her bonds, but it's all to no avail.
