When supervisor Kiki Daire gives her employee a bad reveiw and no raise, Cowboy doesn't take it too well. He storms out of her office and soon returns with some rope and tape. The busty administrator is tapegagged and tied to her office chair, helpless to stop his advances. He opens her blouse, hikes up her skirt and gropes his curvy captive.
