Heiress Goldie Blair hires P.I. Alexis Taylor and her assistant Hollywood to provide security for a charity costume party. Meanwhile, evil Amber Michaels and her thugs are planning to nab the busty heiress. Amber gets the same costume as Goldie, and they show up to the party early. They grab Goldie and she's tied hand and foot and cleavegagged in a secluded room while Amber takes her place at the party.
