The terrorists (Goldie Blair and Hollywood) grab politician's wife Stacy Burke. The corsetted blonde is bound with rubber straps, cleavegagged and hooded, then taken to their hideout. Agents Cassandra Knight and Alexis Taylor are still helplessly bound, gagged and struggling as the villainesses hustle their captive into the room. They bind Stacy to a chair, and leave their hostages alone. But Ms. Burke is resourceful, and she soon manages to wiggle out of the tight rubber bondage. She then frees the spandex-clad agents.
