In the near future, Agents Alexis Taylor and Cassandra Knight have been assigned to protect politician's wife Stacy Burke. Stacy wants to attend a big party, but the Agents advise against it because of terrorist threats. To prevent Stacy from going to the party (and for her own good), the Agents bind the busty blonde with rubber straps, stuff a cloth into her mouth and wrap tape all around her head. Left alone, the indignant captive struggles to free herself but the straps hold tight!
