Detective Jewell Marceau is taken captive by the mysterious masked man again. The gorgeous brunette is to ballgag herself as her next ordeal begins. The villain then uses electrical tape to securely bind his busty hostage, including strictly taping her elbows together. Her clothes are cut away, and more tape is used to bind her shapely legs.
