Superheroine Ms. Mauser (Candle Boxxx) is still in the clutches of the villain Colonel Phobos. She's stripped down to stockings, garters and heels and roped up, but she makes a valiant escape attempt. She's caught and her shapely legs are bound and she's ballgagged (shown onscreen). Then to feed on her fear, the vile villain imperils his luscious captive with the dreaded "Project X"!
